Well I do like Bale but I have only really seen him in the Batman movies so probably the whole time I see him I will be thinking GET EM BATMAN! So I dunno... I don't think it's a great idea... but whatever could be good.

oh dear! that is actually bad, because Christian Bale spent years shaking his image as that little brat in the Empire of the Sun and hasn't gotten any big break until he appear in american psycho. acting opposite big names like John Malkovich isn't easy at his age back then but he did a marvelous job.

now he's gonna be label as batman, yikes!

have you seen his abs in American Psycho? and his beautiful apartment and the name card with watermarks ? hahahaha

ps, he deliver an even better performance in The machinist. I thought he would get the statue that year ... but yeap, didn't happen.

I think the terminator series needs to end without arnold saving john connor's but every time. Its time for connor to finally step into the shoes of his future role and end this thing. Im happy that arnold isn't back since now we get to see John Connor become the leader he was meant to be, instead of hiding behind the terminator, I just hope the movies end here....

I never associated any franchise with an individual actor, so I'm not particularly bothered.

Mind you, given that terminators are supposed to be infiltrators, making all of them look like Arnie would only result in Arnold posters posted in every resistance lobby...

After Dark Knight anything Bale touches should do fairly well box-office wise.

T2 was one of my all time favorite movies, T3 blew chunks.

I agree they really need to end the story before it becomes a farce, only problem is time travel is a core component so they could really flog it for as long as they like.

well another terminator movie sounds good (heck all of arnolds work was what kept me watching tv when I lived in japan---they loved him there), but no arnold??? Well guess he couldnt since that would impinge on his government job a bit

however, will wait for it to get to cable---not something I would go to a theater to see (has to be something pretty good to get me to a theater!)
